MOBIvation Intrapreneurial Nexus ( M.I.N.)
The MOBIvation Intrapreneurial Nexus is a ground breaking and highly innovative initiative where aspiring entrepreneurs and business builders will be provided with a supportive infrastructure to help them build their own profitable and successful businesses as well as teaching them how to create other streams of income and applied financial education.
M.I.N will provide students the opportunity to be mentored by successful business owners who are currently out in the business world, running successful businesses.
M.I.N brings not only the theoretical aspects of business as taught in the classroom but also the “front line application” as per the experiences of M.I.N’s business partners who will be included in mentoring, business coaching and business strategy workshops and ongoing support for the students as they continue to develop and grow as business builders.
The students will be offered mentoring, training and proven business models in a wide variety of different market sectors, ideally reflecting their own particular interests as M.I.N. executives are very aware that successful people are people who enjoy what they do.
The support and infrastructure that will be provided for the students will be some of the most cutting edge in the world of education and will be specifically focused on supporting the students to maintain their motivation and actually enjoying the process of building their own businesses through on campus workshops, exposure to guest speakers, external business events, networking events and a whole host of other elements to enrich the student experience
Through M.I.N, university students will be running their own successful businesses during their course of study to ensure that they are effectively part of a ‘Degree with a Job’ structure. We believe that the “knock-on effect” of this will make a significant contribution to graduate employment and enterprise within the wider community and ensure that students are able to realise their innate economic potential while applying their knowledge developed from the outset of the studies at University.
M.I.N has recently been accredited as part of the delivery of a BA (Enterprise) for a London University and we are in discussions with other Universities and Colleges, both locally and internationally.
M.I.N is also in the process of finalising the link with the Level 7 (Postgraduate) Extended Diploma in Strategic Intrapreneurship (www.abp.org.uk) to offer students wider opportunities to develop their professional career pathways.
